User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  2. you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
  3. you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
  4. you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Services;

  6. you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  7. your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Affiliates agree to adhere to all terms outlined in the Affiliate Program section, in addition to complying with all other provisions of these Terms of Service.

User Registration

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Billing and Subscription

We operate on a subscription-based model. Upon subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fees at the rate agreed upon at the time of subscription. The subscription fee is billed in full at the beginning of the billing cycle and can be monthly or annually, based on the plan you choose.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].

Please note that if you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid up period, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. However, there shall be no prorating of costs or partial refunds for subscriptions that are canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

We offer a refund to its users under specific conditions.

A refund is eligible if the request is made within three (3) days from the date of your first purchase, and the user's word usage is below 1,000 words. If both conditions are not met, a refund may not be possible.

To request a refund, users must send an email to our support team at [email protected]. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the user's bank or credit card company.

We reserve the right to modify the refund policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
